Just came across this great series of cartoons on a friend's blogspot. Mark Dowds saw them on another mutual friend's blog. Reminded me of a sad conversation I had with a mate last week who was being made redundant, along with his entire Northern-Irish based team, because his English parent company had brought in consultants who had concluded that they could handle all the Irish operation better from England. Eight people with a total experience to the company of over 100 years are out, including him with 30 years. Don't companies trust themselves to make right decisions? Have a look. On the screen which you create a post, place your cursor over the icon that looks a little like a small picture. click on it and it should take you to a screen that will aloow you to upload a picture by pressing the browse button and the rest should self expain from there - e-mail me anytime bro!
